Processing Time: As our pieces are produced to order, please allow approximately 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. This is item and order specific so an exact delivery date can not be confirmed until production is complete. During busy periods, processing times may occasionally be longer.
UK Delivery: Once dispatched, estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days, depending on the shipping service and destination.
International Shipping
We ship Temperance Collective orders internationally.

Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on your destination and the shipping service available.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, public holidays or other circumstances outside of our control.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other local charges applied by their destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

UK Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, their weight and your delivery address. The available shipping options and total shipping charge are shown before you pay.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays During busy periods (e.g. holidays), production and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
